The Easiest 3 Pounds I’ve Ever Lost

So I’m sure many of you have heard the hot trend out there; the cleanse. This can range from the Master Cleanse (lemonade, cayenne, and maple syrup… ew. I mean who is supposed to really live on that for 10 days?!) to all out fasting. Some people do it to lose weight, but I’ve found it’s about more than that – it’s seriously about making me feel healthy and better. I know I don’t always eat the best, so can recognize the need for cleansing out the body periodically. But I’m also Italian, so I can’t just not eat! That’s crazy talk! And in this world, it’s nearly impossible to eat 100% organic and local. To fix try the Whole Body Cleanse by Enzymatic Therapy (you can find this at Whole Foods among other places… I think I saw it at Walgreens once, but Whole Foods is your best bet).

Let me tell you, it’s AMAZING! It takes two weeks and it will dramatically change your body’s internal track and leave you feeling like a new person. I am constantly telling people about this and now have several of my friends hooked. Once you try it, you’ll understand. You take it every 4 to 6 months and trust me, you will be thanking me later (I could go into detail about what it’s “effects” are, but hopefully you can take a wild guess. I will tell you it’s extremely gentle and doesn’t affect your normal routine at all…seriously). :)

Side notes…

It’s safe. You should read the instructions or talk to your doctor if you are worried, but it’s over the counter and is even available in organic for those of you who like it au natural. It’s an FDA-registered Drug Establishment and an AFSI-certified producer of particular organic products.

Try it peeps… go to Whole Foods or check here. I totally get having stomach “issues”, and this helps for sure. Even if you eat healthy and exercise regularly (this is the Bay, most of us do that I think… did you know we got the 2nd most walkable city in the country in Shape magazine!), but sometimes it’s just not enough.

Happy cleansing!

Ciao!

HINT:  Get the one with the fiber packets as you’ll have to take a lot of capsules otherwise.

Introduction and Welcome

Welcome to San FranCelia – a blog to explore and expand upon all things that interest me in the beautiful City by the Bay.

I grew up in Marin County, just north of San Francisco.  Once I hit 18, it was time to explore a different frontier – literally.  I headed South (Southwest, more specifically) where I attended the University of Arizona.  While there, I majored in Communication and French with a minor in Theater Arts.  This eclectic educational melange enabled me to discover a passion for culture, the arts, and of course speaking my mind, which many can tell you might be my most… hmm… how do I say this… my most lovable quality.  :)

Upon graduation, I knew I needed to head back to the Bay – as much as 120 degree heat and cactus hold a certain desired appeal, perfect weather and even better local culture holds just a bit more… go figure.  Once you live here, as all Bay Area inhabitants can attest, it’s very hard to leave.  This small corner of California holds anything you could want or need, all within the 7×7.

As I continue to live and work in the Bay Area, I am fortunate enough to be able to eat at a vast variety of restaurants, party it up in the City nightlife, and check out world famous shopping districts.  That’s what this blog is all about – food, fashion, and fun, San Francisco’s fabulous trifecta.

I hope you enjoy a good read, have fun with the topics I explore, and let me know what you think about the thoughts and opinions you read here.

Ciao!
